Ursula Hess studied Journalism and Organisational Communications at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Winterthur. Afterwards, she worked at the media relations team of Zurich Transport Network (ZVV). Since October 2011, she is deputizing for Claudia Naegeli in Corporate Communications' News & Media Relations team.
